About Me

My photo
Sylvia Longmire
I'm thrilled to be an Air Force veteran, mother to two beautiful children, and a successful consultant and author of two books. However, everything I do every single day is tempered by the fact I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2005. This is the journal of how I juggle all the things in my life and try to maintain some sort of balance on my personal tightrope between work and family, all while dealing with the effects of a chronic disease.
